Se credi che un professionista della sicurezza ti costi troppo…

“Recentemente negli uffici della mia azienda è capitato il signor Mario, che era alla ricerca di un sistema di sicurezza per la sua abitazione: un bell’appartamento all’ultimo piano di un condominio di prestigio. Il signor Mario mi è parso fin da subito nervoso e prevenuto: il perché mi è stato subito chiaro dal suo racconto, che riporto come spunto di riflessione.”

“Il mese scorso – esordisce il signor Mario – incuriosito da una pubblicità accattivante, accettai di ricevere in casa un incaricato della azienda XYZ, per avere maggiori informazioni sul loro sistema di allarme domestico. Il rappresentante che suonò al mio campanello fu assai gentile e mi fece gran complimenti per la mia casa, meravigliandosi che non avessi ancora pensato di proteggerla.

Mi presentò quindi il kit antifurto della pubblicità, sottolineando che era semplicissimo da installare: niente buchi nei muri, niente canaline, polvere, cavi … bastava il biadesivo! E in una mezz’oretta un loro tecnico avrebbe completato il lavoro. Si poteva quindi già fissare un appuntamento per l’indomani e l’impianto sarebbe stato immediatamente collegato alla loro centrale di pronto intervento, operativa H24, che garantiva risposta in meno di tre secondi.

Quanta efficienza

Colpito da tanta efficienza, mi dissi certamente interessato e chiesi un preventivo scritto ed un contratto con le condizioni generali. Prontamente il rappresentante rispose che il tecnico, l’indomani, avrebbe portato con sé il contratto e che avrei potuto quindi firmarlo mentre lui installava il kit. A quel punto ricordai di aver letto della possibilità di avere un’agevolazione fiscale sull’acquisto di un impianto di sicurezza e chiesi lumi al rappresentante. Lui, un po’ seccato, mi rispose che, per una spesa così esigua come quella richiesta per il kit XYZ, non c’era nemmeno bisogno di ulteriori sconti, ma che si sarebbe informato presso la direzione. Un po’ imbarazzato per aver “fatto questioni” su una spesa così irrisoria, confermai l’appuntamento del giorno seguente.

L’indomani, lo stesso rappresentante si presentò accompagnato da un tecnico in jeans e maglietta.

Conti alla mano

Nessun tesserino e nessun logo ad identificarlo, il tecnico si mise rapidamente al lavoro, mentre il rappresentante mi sottoponeva i documenti da firmare. Nonostante il pressing del venditore, lessi con attenzione i documenti, postille comprese. Scoprii così che quello che ritenevo essere il “costo dell’impianto” era in realtà una quota una tantum da anticipare sul costo mensile del canone di servizio, obbligatorio per la durata di tre anni. Allora dopo tre anni sarei diventato proprietario dell’impianto? Ah, no: l’impianto è in comodato d’uso: l’irrisoria quota mensile corrisponde all’uso dell’impianto e al servizio di vigilanza collegato. Alla scadenza dei tre anni potrò riscattare l’impianto (pagandolo), ma sarò proprietario di un impianto inutile, se non rinnoverò anche il servizio di vigilanza. Allora, calcolatrice alla mano, decisi di fare il conto: “irrisoria quota mensile” x 36 mesi = …. ALT! Fermi il suo tecnico! Lo urlai proprio, tanto ero inviperito!”.

Interrompo qui il racconto del signor Mario, perché il succo, ormai, vi sarà chiaro.

Conclusione

Quante volte si rivolgono a noi, installatori professionali, clienti che prima si sono imbattuti in venditori di pentole, oppure improvvisatori, o addirittura amici appassionati di fai-da-te? Credevano di risparmiare e invece hanno capito che il costo di un impianto di sicurezza installato da un professionista ha una giustificazione concreta: un installatore professionista ha competenze tecniche e normative acquisite con l’esperienza, ma anche una formazione continua, ha un’azienda strutturata alle spalle, con relativi costi di gestione, assicurazioni, tasse, ecc., che gli consente però di offrire un servizio qualificato e soprattutto di garantire la necessaria assistenza post installazione.

Un professionista costa, non c’è dubbio, ma affidarsi ad un incompetente, quanto costa dopo?
